Each week your children learn new tools to defeat their anxiety each week including laughter yoga, breath-work,  meditation, mindfulness, NLP and CBT. It’s all put together in a comprehensive work-book that takes you step by step through each exercise so you can all practice them at home.

 

Thank you for your interest in helping your child overcome anxiety. So many children today are experiencing anxiety and it can sometimes be hard to know just how to deal with it. As a parent myself, I have watched my own children struggle with anxiety because they didn’t have the tools to be resilient, to talk to themselves in a positive way and to be able to focus on what matters instead of what worries them.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Seeing this lead me on a great learning path, as I began to investigate anxiety in children and through my training as clinical hypnotherapist I found many great resources. I discovered that the way we approach anxiety is counter productive. We aren’t looking at what resources are needed in our anxious children (and ourselves) we are trying to put a band-aid on the anxiety in the hope it goes away. Unfortunately it’s pretty clear that approach is not working for the majority of children and adults alike. And that is why Anxiety Busters was born.
