Unlike stage hypnosis or the dramatised versions you may have seen on TV or in the movies, hypnotherapy is a gentle, natural and respectful process. At Focus Hypnosis confidentiality is guaranteed and as a member of the Professional Hypnotists of W. A. you can expect your therapist to follow a strict code of ethics.
Rest assured you won’t be made to cluck like a chicken or act like an alien. Nor will you be made to reveal secrets or spontaneously relive a traumatic event. In fact during most sessions, you will not need to speak at all while in the hypnotic state.
