Thank you for visiting my website. Before you take the next step towards a better life through hypnotherapy, you would probably like to know something about me.

Firstly, I want you to know I’m absolutely passionate about hypnotherapy because it delivers outstanding results. After a successful career in education, I decided to follow my interests and study psychology. I completed this degree some 15 years ago. Whilst I learnt much about human behaviour, it wasn’t until I studied hypnotherapy in depth, that I knew I had found my niche. I was blown away by the amazing results that hypnotherapy can achieve in a relatively short time, compared to other therapies.

As well as my qualifications, I bring to the table a wealth of life experiences which  help me to understand each client’s unique issues. I have raised two children, now happy, healthy adults. I love family get togethers, am an avid reader, a keen dancer and I’m constantly striving to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

When you are choosing a hypnotherapist, I think trust and rapport are crucial. Most of my clients come to me  through referrals from satisfied clients.
